The watch was fantastic, it was in perfect condition and shinned up to look like its was brand new. I took advantage of the bank wire savings and it worked out great - I was a tiny bit worried doing it but these guys were fantastic, as soon as I send confirmation of the wire I was fully in the loop of where the watch was so there was no need to worry. I had been looking for a somewhat rare Omega Seamaster. And it's an older model / reference. SWE had it. Beautiful condition. Bonus: The bracelet was even long enough for my 8" wrist. Wasn't inexpensive, but I was very happy to find it. SWE had it to me in a day or two after purchasing. A young lady helped me (sorry, I don't have her name) but she did a great job. Helpful, not over selling it. I'm encouraged SWE is keeping a mix of older & newer watches. A positive experience for me.

Having purchased watches on a few different platforms I have to say as far as the condition of the used watch is concerned; SWE is by far the best. Responsiveness to questions; other platforms are better. Delivery time about the same as others, however I think SWE is a bit more secure. Their quality of pictures is excellent and represents the watch accurately. The detail is unmatched. The YouTube videos help too. All of the above and the extras like the appraisal and in house watch makers are an added value to consider when price shopping. Make an appointment when going to visit.

Excellent quality products and service. Everything was perfect and received on time the next day. Charging for shipping on a 5 figure transaction is a little ridiculous. And not allowing me to pay with credit card so it could be shipped out after the wire cutoff and then replace that with a wire to save the massive cc fees was also a disappointment. Aside from those things, this a great company to buy from.

I wanted to buy a nice watch for my wife but had no understanding of the options or what to look for, so I asked ChatGPT for local recommendations and it suggested Swiss Watch Expo and a few watch models that looked like a good match. I Called and spoke with Roman, who was very patient and made every effort to get me comfortable with the purchase. SWE ticked all the boxes ChatGPT recommended and I felt like they would stand behind the product, whatever I bought. Roman was able to show me the different models and give me the background information I needed to pick a winner. My wife loved my choice (that rarely happens...) and we're both really happy SWE is here.

After looking on several sites for the watch I wanted, I decided to look on Swiss Watch Expo. My experience was unbelievable. I spoke with Jason and he was patient and very knowledgeable. I questioned him about the watch and my main concern was the pictures did not reflect the actual watch. He said they did, and informed about the return policy so I bought the watch. Two days later my watch arrived and I unpackaged it, grabbed a magnifying glass, and went out on the patio to look over the watch in the shining sun. WOW! Just wow! One small imperfection on the bracelet, none on the clasp or watch face, only visible with a magnifying glass and bright sun. The price was right in there with other sites that had watches so dinged up, Its hard to believe their owners were not injured. I could not be happier and will use Swiss Watch Expo exclusively.

I had a great experience with SwissWatchExpo. Jason was my salesperson and answered all of my questions. He and I had a Facetime call where he showed me the watch. I wired the money and took advantage of the discount and the watch arrived via Fedex as promised. The watch is spectacular and is as advertised. I happen to live in Georgia and was in Atlanta a few days later, so I stopped by to have a link taken out. I made an appointment ahead of time since this is not a traditional retail store; even though they have a full staff on hand. This was one of the only places that I was able to find this particular Rolex, which was unworn. I found their pricing to be very fair, I would recommend them and would buy from them again without hesitation.

I researched a lot of online forums for reputable 'grey' and pre owned luxury watch dealers and SWE consistently has strong reviews and no concerns about so called 'frankenwatches' which put my mind at ease. Prices are a bit more than others but for peace of mind and the pre servicing I found that to be worth it.
